You live quite in the district Plagwitz. Shopping possibilities you can find in the Elsterpark-Shopping Centre which is near the hotel. Only a few minutes and you are at the "Connewitzer Holz", the biggest alluvial forest of Germany with the rivers Elster and Pleiße.

The race-course at the former car racetrack "Scheibenholz" and the Clara-Zetkin Park are ideal for trips. But you also can go hiking at the "Green lung" of Leipzig just until the city centre and the town hall.
